Scope of work

Each engagement is defined in a written proposal or statement of work detailing deliverables, timelines and fees. Work outside that scope is agreed separately.

Timelines

We share realistic timelines up front. Delivery depends on timely feedback, content and access from your side.

Revisions

Reasonable revision rounds are included as specified in your proposal. Additional revisions may be quoted separately.

Payments

Fees, schedules and payment terms are set out in your agreement. Ongoing retainers are billed in advance unless agreed otherwise.

Refunds & cancellations

Because our work is time- and resource-intensive, fees for work already performed are non-refundable. Ongoing engagements may be cancelled with the notice period stated in your agreement.

Results disclaimer

We apply proven strategies and best practices, but marketing outcomes depend on many factors. We do not guarantee specific results such as rankings, revenue or lead volumes.
