Seven Builds, Seven Industries: What a Conversion-First Website Changes

Seven websites built across seven industries on Shopify, WordPress and custom code. Different buyers, different platforms, one job: turn a visit into an enquiry or an order.

The challenge

Seven clients whose visitors have nothing in common.

A procurement team shortlisting industrial racking behaves nothing like someone buying a hand-painted terracotta planter at eleven at night. An international sourcing agent evaluating a fabric supplier is not doing what a homeowner with a green pool is doing. The same template serves none of them well, and most agency websites fail in one of two directions: they bury the offer under corporate copy, or they show the offer and give the visitor nowhere to go.

Across these seven builds the brief was always the same underneath — make the thing findable, make it credible, and make the next step obvious — and the execution was different every time.

What the seven builds have in common

The catalogue is organised by how people arrive, not by how the business files things. PoolShark’s chemicals are grouped by the pool problem you have rather than by chemistry. Laxmi Rack Solutions gives each storage system its own section instead of one page listing everything. PRC India splits 100+ fabric variations into collections a buyer working to a brief can actually navigate.

Education sits on the page that sells. Where the product needs explaining before it can be bought — pool chemistry, fabric composition, diamond specification — the guidance is on the product page, not parked in a resources section nobody visits.

Trust work goes where the doubt is. Reviews, FAQs, shipping clarity, sourcing and craftsmanship detail, technical support messaging: placed at the moment of hesitation rather than collected on an About page.

Every page can become an enquiry. On the B2B builds — Laxmi, PRC India, Sushar FRP — enquiry forms, quotation requests and sample requests run throughout rather than waiting on a contact page at the end.

Mobile is designed first where the audience is mobile. Raw Earth and the Salon Training Center were designed on the phone layout and scaled up, because that is where most of their visitors actually are.

The client owns the content. CMS-ready builds and handover training, because a product list that goes stale costs enquiries every month it stays wrong.

Where the platforms split

Shopify — three stores. PoolShark, Raw Earth and Diamora Jewelers. Each sells something that resists a standard product grid: a technical product that needs teaching, a handmade product whose value is in the making, and a luxury piece where the site has to feel like the boutique before it can work like a shop.

WordPress and custom — four builds. Laxmi Rack Solutions, PRC India, Sushar FRP Industries and the Salon Training Center. All four are credibility-and-enquiry sites: the visitor is verifying that this is a serious operation, and the site either passes that check in about a minute or loses the enquiry to someone else’s.

The result

Seven businesses that were previously invisible to buyers who search, or visible but with nowhere to send them, now have sites that carry the range, the credentials and the route to an enquiry in one place. Three of them sell directly across India. The rest generate the enquiries their sales teams work.

The pattern that repeats across all seven is unglamorous: most of the gain comes from structure and clarity, not from anything a visitor would call design.

Built with: Shopify, WordPress, custom development, responsive design, product and collection architecture, lead generation optimisation, SEO foundation, conversion optimisation.

Per-client detail — what each business does, what we built for it and what it delivered — lives in the portfolio, one entry per client.

Being evaluated by buyers who will never call first? Let’s build the site that passes.
